While reserve studies are conducted for financial budgeting purposes to ensure that sufficient funds are available throughout the life of a project, a Reliance reserve plan is so much more than that – It’s our commitment to ensure that we’re maximizing our client’s most valuable assets.
As part of our comprehensive process, we are determined to offer complex's funding options based
on
detailed and
relevant information, including historical funding patterns, current reserve requirements,
annual
contribution
and a
variety of other data points.
We place the utmost emphasis on communicating with the corporation to not only provide an
uncomplicated, transparent process, but to provide them with a solid base for future planning.
Here
are some
features of what we do:
Per Unit Cost Analysis
Per unit cost analysis. All major components are compared to averages to make sure their per
unit costs fall inline to help ensure more accurate results.
ACCURATE DEPRECIATION ANALYSIS
We use a depreciation analysis that works. The majority of the industry standards fail to
provide an accurate picture of depreciation as they do not account for second or third
cycles of replacements. Our proprietary calculations do, and this provides a stable funding
plan and ensures the lowest possible contributions for current owners.
FLEXIBLE FUNDING SCENARIOS
All of our funding models factor current and future owners, and the health of the complex
components. We understand that our ideas don't always fall in line with the corporation's
ideas.
Our flexible approach will incorporate everyone's ideas to arrive at a solution that works.
